Yummy Oatmeal


Here are a few ways you can make your oatmeal de-licious.  Carob powder tastes like cocoa but doesn’t have the caffeine.  Look in the baking/spice  isle.

Boil water, add to oats cover and wait 5-10 minutes.  Or make on stove top for more of a porridge consistency.   It is best to add the oats to cold water and then cook at a simmer. Using two parts water to one part oats. Rolled oats take approximately 15 minutes to cook.

Chocolate Almond Oats

Stir in some roasted carob powder

Add a tbsp of almond butter, or a handful of crushed almonds

Add 1/2 tsp of natural sweetener

Add a tsp of ground up flax seeds for fiber and Omega 3

Chocolate Cinnamon Spice

Add 1-2 tbsps of roasted carob powder

Add a dash of cinnamon

Add a dash of chili/cayenne powder

Add a tsp of flax/coconut oil
